Administer and maintain critical Home Lending applications, including configuration, workflows, access controls, integrations, automation, and data management. Troubleshoot complex escalations, perform root-cause analysis, support audits, manage application security and governance, and lead technical execution for application projects and onboarding. Partner with business, engineering, security, IAM, vendors, and operations teams to translate requirements into reliable, scalable solutions while improving documentation, controls, processes, and platform capabilities.

Perform 1LOD transactional and supplier oversight testing, build and expand test scripts, analyze multi-source data, document findings, communicate risk implications, mentor and train analysts, and partner with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions and regulatory alignment.

Own and improve Composer’s brokerage and trading operations, including trade lifecycle management, account servicing, escalations, reconciliations, controls, and risk workflows. Partner with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations to define requirements, implement scalable solutions, support launches, analyze operational trends, and lead cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment.

Lead daily branch and teller operations, coach and support tellers, handle transactions and cash management, resolve discrepancies, step in for the Branch Manager, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and deliver high-touch customer service while connecting customers to bank products.

Review and prepare mortgage closing documents and packages, schedule closings with borrowers, reconcile and approve Closing Disclosures, coordinate with title/settlement partners and internal teams, manage a mixed loan pipeline to meet production and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate loan origination system records.
