Improve private debt deal workflows, build cross-functional efficiencies, and analyze private company information to identify important datapoints. The role requires accurate, timely work, strong communication, attention to detail, comfort learning new systems, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Support Customer Operations by handling client requests via email and ticketing systems, process user permissioning, maintain user records, assist with reporting and data maintenance, collaborate with Tech/Product/Customer Success, and escalate issues to ensure high client satisfaction during a 6–9 month paid internship.

Support financial analysts by monitoring data alerts, retrieving and validating financial documents, resolving model update queries, maintaining data quality and coverage, onboarding issuers, and improving operational workflows using AI tools.
