The Operations Associate will support Octus' Deal Term Analytics team by tracking loan and bond markets, reviewing documentation, and managing data records.

Support ESG operations and client delivery, including onboarding, product implementation, pipeline management, process improvements, training, and liaising with clients and cross-functional teams. Use data analysis and AI tools to optimize workflows and ensure high-quality client experiences while executing ad hoc projects and operational initiatives.

Support Customer Operations by handling client requests via email and ticketing systems, process user permissioning, maintain user records, assist with reporting and data maintenance, collaborate with Tech/Product/Customer Success, and escalate issues to ensure high client satisfaction during a 6–9 month paid internship.

Support financial analysts by monitoring data alerts, retrieving and validating financial documents, resolving model update queries, maintaining data quality and coverage, onboarding issuers, and improving operational workflows using AI tools.
