Manage and maintain certification documents and records, review project information for accuracy, process documentation requests, track project status, resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with procedures and quality standards, respond to stakeholder inquiries, prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and support continuous improvement across global teams.

Provide administrative support to Engineering and Auditing teams in EMEA, managing documentation, client communications, scheduling audits and meetings, preparing presentations and reports, and responding to client inquiries while following UL code of conduct and security practices.

Interpret and apply EHS&T regulations to prepare regulatory documents, curate chemical control information, advise clients and internal teams, use and help improve relevant software, support sales/marketing, and may train junior staff while maintaining current regulatory knowledge and compliance with UL practices.

Lead commercial and operational strategy to drive growth and profitability. Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, capacity planning, revenue management and capex projects. Build customer relationships, partner with Sales, identify new opportunities, and manage a high-performing cross-functional team to meet financial and performance targets while ensuring policy compliance and organizational change.

Handle product samples and parcels, perform system and document data entry, monitor and track submissions, manage portals and client deliverables, communicate with labs, suppliers and customers, support process automation projects, and follow governance, quality control and security procedures as assigned.

Lead workforce management, training/certification, quality improvement, and analytics. Optimize case distribution and resource allocation, coordinate training and certification programs, analyze operational metrics with Power BI/Excel, partner with stakeholders to implement process improvements and support continuous improvement and audit activities.

Coordinate and support certification programs and compliance activities, prepare documentation and reports, assist audits, liaise with stakeholders, and drive process improvements to meet operational goals.

Research and interpret international regulations (electrical safety, EMC, energy/water efficiency, noise, accessibility). Provide compliance guidance, maintain regulatory databases, produce executive summaries, support internal teams and stakeholders, monitor emerging trends, and contribute to business development. May supervise day-to-day knowledge service delivery under guidance.

Support customer inquiries via email and phone, maintain CRM records, assist with project setup and tracking, perform data entry and administrative tasks, coordinate with internal teams, prepare reports, and contribute to process improvements.

Provide customer-facing administrative support throughout certification projects: manage accounts and projects, review and organize documentation, communicate with customers and internal teams, maintain CRM and internal systems, track milestones, respond to inquiries, and support customer retention and satisfaction.
