Define reporting requirements, build state-specific forms, validate data, audit specifications, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and advise internal and agency stakeholders. Provide NIBRS training, identify compliance challenges, influence cross-functional decisions, and mentor junior team members. The role requires deep NIBRS knowledge, law enforcement technology experience, technical systems understanding, and successful completion of a CJIS background check.
