Support DOE SCEP EECBG program by monitoring grants across the full lifecycle: review applications/plans, conduct desktop and on-site monitoring, evaluate technical and financial submissions, track milestones and budgets, recommend corrective actions, support closeout, and maintain official documentation in DOE systems.
