Lead technical pre-sales for Middesk by running technical discovery, designing integration architectures, delivering tailored demos, managing proofs of concept, responding to RFPs/security questionnaires, and handing off documented solutions to implementation teams while influencing product roadmap from customer feedback.

Serve as primary analyst for Oracle Cloud Financials modules, lead solution design/configuration, gather business requirements, design integrations, troubleshoot production issues, support Agile delivery, ensure data integrity and compliance, mentor junior analysts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise ERP solutions.
