Supervise and support daily administrative, financial, and operational functions of an urgent care site. Manage staff with Practice Manager, handle scheduling, supply ordering, opening/closing, ensure patient-centered service and HIPAA compliance, coach and develop employees, resolve patient issues, and maintain site performance metrics. BLS required.

Lead end-to-end development of broker- and employer-facing content across print and digital channels. Own end-to-end SMB sales for a developer-focused security product: run outbound campaigns, follow up inbound leads, manage trials and self-serve to paid conversions, maintain high-volume short-cycle pipeline, execute GTM experiments, and keep CRM data accurate.

Manage day-to-day financial operations, fund accounting, monthly reporting, audits, tax filings (Form 990), budgeting, investment and banking relationships, accounts receivable/payable, fixed asset records, and financial reporting for the board and leadership. Ensure GAAP compliance, internal controls, grant reporting support, and collaboration with Development, HR, and external service providers.

Develop and execute business development plans to grow physician referrals and market presence. Provide front-desk customer service in-office: greet clients, schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits, support providers with administrative tasks, and manage phone and email communications.

Perform onboard ship checks on Navy vessels to validate work notifications, identify scope and components, document findings with sketches and photos, and deliver reports for work item development. Support planners, lift equipment, travel overseas (~10%), and obtain required credentials and facility access.

Manage Salesforce users, permissions, configuration, automation, releases, testing and deployments. Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, training, reporting and stakeholder support to drive system adoption and align CRM with IT governance.
