Sell health plan products via phone, email, and walk-in appointments to prospective members. Manage sales pipeline, complete enrollments, maintain accurate documentation, meet sales metrics, provide excellent customer service, mentor new reps, participate in process improvements, and complete required certifications and training.

Lead and develop a customer experience team, manage support operations and escalations, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement and cross-functional projects, and use customer insights to improve service and reduce friction.

Sell and expand ExamWorks/Prizm services within the medical-legal and claims market. Identify and engage new clients, manage accounts, develop proposals and presentations, represent the company at tradeshows, resolve client concerns, assist physician recruiting, analyze market/competition, and report sales results to leadership.

Design, implement, and monitor secure on‑prem and cloud/hybrid systems; enforce NIST 800‑53 controls and SSPs for ATO; perform vulnerability scanning/remediation, log aggregation and SIEM correlation, incident response, IAM enforcement, and produce audit-ready security documentation.

Own and execute integrated marketing: develop quarterly roadmaps, ghostwrite executive social content, run omni-channel pipelines, produce events, translate product demos into campaigns, coordinate cross-functional production, build community, and track full-funnel analytics to drive awareness and GTM pipeline.

Support and manage SD-WAN (preferably Versa), internet, VoIP, VPNs, managed routers and firewalls. Troubleshoot networks, configure LAN devices, onboard customers, coordinate with vendors, own incidents to resolution, maintain strong customer relationships, and mentor other engineers.
