The Assistant Manager at Ambrosia QSR is responsible for supporting restaurant operations, training team members, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing food safety compliance, and overseeing financial aspects to maximize profitability.

Support account teams with media and influencer outreach, research, coverage tracking, and event logistics. Produce social/competitive intel, draft client communications and press materials, build media lists, assist reporting and pitching, and contribute to brainstorms and agency programs.

Support lean supply management for laboratory networks by moving and replenishing materials to point-of-use, performing cycle counts and physical inventory, maintaining Kanban and visual management systems, and participating in continuous improvement to reduce cost and cycle time while coordinating with lab staff and supply analysts.

Own end-to-end video production for short-form (Reels, TikTok) and long-form (YouTube, podcasts): conceive, shoot, edit, finish, organize media library, and travel to capture on-site content. Deliver high-volume quick-turn clips (~10+/week) and polished publish-ready pieces.

Lead eCommerce strategy and P&L to drive profitable digital growth. Oversee digital marketing, site merchandising, customer experience, analytics (GA4, Power BI), vendor relationships, and cross-functional initiatives. Build executive reporting, prioritize platform enhancements, and develop the eCommerce team to meet revenue, conversion, and profitability goals.

Build and maintain a provider-agnostic LLM interoperability layer: transform OpenAI/Anthropic spec calls to other provider formats, implement session management, support provider features (skills, batching), and improve developer experience via the Python SDK. Work closely with founders and engage with users to ship production features.

Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing processes; create detailed CAD drawings; support production troubleshooting and process optimization; participate in PFMEA/DFMEA, PPAP submissions, time studies, and transitions from prototype to production. Collaborate with design, quality, and customer engineering teams.

Lead client accounts from strategy through media delivery, manage internal teams and external partners, oversee productions, build client relationships, draft scopes and budgets, mentor junior staff, and drive revenue while applying industry and emerging-technology insights.

Lead mechanical design, build, and troubleshoot components, assemblies, and machines for the Centrifuge Project. Design structural and dynamic systems, manufacturing equipment, and develop fabrication specifications and procedures. Support plant expansion, high-vacuum and HVAC systems, helium leak detection, composites, and machined parts. Create and approve engineering packages, drive supplier and internal process improvements, and collaborate across design, manufacturing, testing, quality, and purchasing to meet schedule, budget, and compliance requirements.

Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, build relationships, develop and execute tailored service plans, coordinate internal teams, manage issues and billing, support training, and drive continuous improvement and billable service activities to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term value.
