Support Naval Special Warfare Group One with Department of Defense budget planning, execution, financial analysis, spend plans, funding requests, budget exhibits, reporting, and leadership briefings. Monitor obligations and expenditures, identify trends and variances, ensure fiscal compliance, and provide recommendations. Coordinate with military, government, and contractor stakeholders while protecting sensitive information and maintaining accurate financial records.

Supports corporate HR across recruitment, onboarding, immigration documentation, HRIS administration, payroll, employee relations, reporting, training, engagement, and workplace safety. Processes weekly hourly payroll for the Hazel Park plant and backs up salary payroll. Maintains employee records, handles unemployment correspondence, coordinates surveys and events, supports facility administration, and assists with compliance, investigations, and safety audits.

Provide firm-wide IT support, including onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, troubleshooting, inventory, vendor management, SaaS administration, and documentation. Support security operations through identity management, endpoint protection, phishing triage, incident escalation, compliance activities, audits, and security questionnaires. Help colleagues adopt AI tools safely and automate repetitive IT processes in a hybrid Toronto office environment.
