Responsibilities include technical design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, direct engineering contribution, delivery planning, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and team development. The manager balances new integrations, maintenance, customer needs, and technical debt while promoting reliable engineering practices and practical use of AI-assisted development tools.

Lead enterprise IT portfolio governance and prioritization while managing the PMO delivery portfolio for Fixed-Site imaging. Establish intake, steering committees, portfolio standards, resource planning, and executive reporting. Oversee concurrent healthcare IT programs involving RIS/PACS, patient portals, interoperability, infrastructure, and applications. Manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, stakeholder communications, and Agile or traditional delivery methods across a matrixed organization.

Manage HR operations including onboarding, orientations, training compliance, employee evaluations, benefits administration, retention initiatives, HR statistics, background checks, and employee support. Maintain Paycom data and coordinate with Paycom representatives. Ensure compliance with state and county regulations, conduct exclusion checks, support recruitment events, administer mandatory training reminders, and oversee on-call scheduling. The role requires frequent field work, occasional evening and weekend events, and on-site work.
