Lead onboarding of applications into SailPoint IIQ by documenting as-is/to-be processes, defining provisioning policies and attribute mappings, running discovery workshops, specifying access certification, creating test cases, and maintaining a prioritized requirements backlog to ensure compliant, automated provisioning.

Work incoming leads and showroom customers to guide them through vehicle purchases using phone, text, video, and digital platforms. Demonstrate inventory, maintain product knowledge, follow up with prospects, use CRM to track communications, and collaborate with management to deliver a transparent, high-performing sales experience.

Lead BI, automation, Power Platform, and AI initiatives to drive process improvement and measurable business outcomes. Design enterprise data warehouse and analytics solutions, build dashboards and semantic models, implement Power Apps/Power Automate automations and AI agents, and mentor a technical team while establishing governance and best practices.

Manage a portfolio of top-tier enterprise accounts, act as primary customer contact, create and execute success plans, drive product adoption and ROI storytelling, collaborate cross-functionally on rollouts and upsells, use AI-assisted tools to scale account work, and continuously improve customer experience and NPS.

Audit and review client accounts, NCAs, and COBRA setup for compliance with IRS, HIPAA, and DOL. Perform call scoring, peer QA, SOP/document updates, and audits/projects. Provide feedback to improve processes, meet accuracy and turnaround goals, and support daily team workload.

Lead end-to-end enterprise client implementations, build tailored rollout plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive activation and adoption, analyze performance, and codify scalable implementation playbooks to ensure measurable client ROI and repeatable processes.

Supervise and operate wireline logging operations on well sites, ensure JSAs, field tickets, and hazardous materials shipping papers are maintained, transport tools and crew, service and maintain equipment, communicate with site leaders and safety reps, and report daily operations to management. Requires ability to obtain ATF Explosives Employee Possessor approval and operate a wireline unit.

Lead and coach a Tier 2 support team to ensure timely case resolution, manage daily support operations and incident response, author RCAs, partner with Product and Engineering on escalations, maintain playbooks and knowledge base, track support metrics, and drive continuous improvement and compliance.
