Partners with the CEO to execute strategic, cross-functional initiatives, manage projects and milestones, prepare executive materials, conduct market and competitor research, coordinate stakeholders, and provide confidential executive support. Manage elevator and vertical transportation consulting projects from planning through completion. Conduct equipment assessments, inspections, maintenance audits, design reviews, traffic analyses, modernization planning, and construction administration.
