Requires an active Secret clearance and five or more years of relevant experience.

Supports clash detection, point-cloud integration, model maintenance, troubleshooting, CAD standards, and Autodesk Construction Cloud administration. Collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve technical and data-integrity issues and documents workflows and standards.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through prospect research, multichannel outreach, meeting scheduling, and collaboration with growth, marketing, and sales teams. Manage prospects and opportunities in Salesforce while using Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, Excel, and Google Workspace. Monitor market trends, improve outbound strategies, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.

Build and maintain operating metrics, dashboards, financial models, forecasts, budgets, and headcount plans. Conduct strategic analyses, improve spend visibility, establish operating processes, and support cross-functional strategic initiatives. Partner closely with the Head of Operations, CEO, and leadership team to turn ambiguous business questions and imperfect data into actionable insights and better operating decisions.

Greet and welcome dealership customers, answer and route calls, schedule sales and service appointments, enter customer information, manage chats and messaging tools, maintain the reception area, and provide basic administrative support. The role works closely with sales and service teams to deliver a positive customer experience and requires weekend and some holiday availability.
