Builds credibility with CEOs, founders, boards, candidates, and investment leaders while maintaining structured, metrics-driven hiring processes.

Provides administrative and enrollment support for an ECEAP center, coordinating family transitions, tours, orientations, communications, records, meetings, training documentation, and compliance activities. Supports center management, HR, USDA functions, office operations, visitor tracking, supplies, mailings, and emergency communications. May supervise site activities when the Center Manager is absent and helps maintain safety, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.

Leads Vale’s Phoenix logistics team and oversees mobile matcha bar readiness. Responsibilities include scheduling, coaching, inventory and ordering, product production, cart preparation and maintenance, dispatch, returns, dish operations, and deployment support.
