Lead design and implementation of cloud data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Fabric, ADF, Synapse, Databricks and SSIS. Modernize legacy systems, ensure security/compliance for financial data, implement CI/CD, mentor teams, optimize performance and drive data governance, quality, testing, and documentation to enable analytics and BI.

Partner with GTM leaders to analyze revenue performance, build executive reporting and forecasts, support strategic investment decisions, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve growth, productivity, retention, and operational efficiency.

Build and run PointFive's legal function: own commercial contracting and CLM, support partnerships and vendor agreements, manage corporate governance and IP, advise on employment law globally, lead compliance (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR), respond to RFPs/security questionnaires, and partner cross-functionally to reduce legal friction and surface risk to leadership.

Provide administrative and clerical support to the ECEAP Center Management Team, supervise onsite support staff, manage HR and USDA-related training records, coordinate family and staff communications/events, support compliance and monitoring activities, and perform office and reception duties to ensure smooth center operations.
