Own and evolve Dr. Squatch’s TikTok strategy, developing high-performing in-feed and Live content, scaling audience growth, and maintaining brand relevance. Manage TikTok Live agencies, creative partners, and creators by sourcing talent, providing briefs, and directing production. Develop concepts, moodboards, and creative direction; create and publish video content and appear on camera. Analyze performance metrics, optimize creative formats, and collaborate with Social, Marketing, and Growth teams.

Manages employer-sponsored visa and work authorization programs across the United States and Canada while developing internal mobility processes for cross-border transfers, relocations, and temporary assignments. Coordinates immigration counsel, sponsors, agencies, and internal teams; maintains Workday records, compliance documentation, reporting, budgets, and timelines; and supports leaders and team members with practical mobility guidance. Requires expertise in J-1, H-2B, IMP, TFWP, and LMIA programs, with approximately 10–20% travel.

Follows up with mortgage leads, schedules consultations, collects borrower information, assists with loan applications, requests and organizes documentation, and prepares files for pre-approval. Provides early-stage updates to referral partners, manages the Mortgage Advisor’s calendar and communications, and maintains accurate lead and pipeline activity in the CRM.
