Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, Executive staff, Board and Supervisory Committee. Manage scheduling, communications, records, travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, document production and filing, meeting notes, and special projects. Maintain confidentiality, ensure compliance with BSA/CIP requirements, coordinate strategic planning, and serve as liaison to members, vendors, and internal teams.

Maintain confidentiality and assist students, visitors, and staff with inquiries and processes.

Support attorneys and paralegals to finalize personal injury settlements, liaise with insurers and medical providers, maintain client communication, obtain reviews, and complete administrative tasks to close files efficiently.

Own product marketing for Sabanto's autonomy platform: lead release launches, create positioning and enablement, build customer onboarding and training (docs, video, LMS), enable sales and dealers, translate technical features into clear value, and deliver in-person and virtual training to accelerate adoption.

Support day-to-day accounting across a multi-entity property portfolio: upload and code journal entries, review corporate card transactions, process expense reimbursements, assist bank reconciliations and AR collections, provide audit support, and help with month-end close and ad hoc accounting projects.

Support launch and growth of a civic engagement product by using LLMs to prototype features, interpret legislative data, coordinate with data/design/engineering, build pages and prototypes, monitor usage and user feedback, and iterate quickly in a fast-paced startup environment focused on politics and civic engagement.

Lead AI/ML and computer vision R&D programs for government and commercial customers. Manage and mentor engineering and research teams, secure funding, deliver complex software projects, and publish technical results while meeting contractual security requirements.
