Lead Thatch's Platforms business: set vision and strategy, align product and go-to-market, own partner acquisition through expansion, define metrics and operating rhythms, and recruit and develop a multidisciplinary team. Serve as trusted advisor to enterprise C-level partners and collaborate across engineering, sales, growth, and operations to drive platform adoption, retention, and long-term growth.

Own and execute monthly formula pricing calculations and communications. Improve and standardize pricing templates, workflows, and system enablement (SAP, Salesforce). Design, configure, and operationalize the Securiti.ai platform for enterprise privacy compliance. Implement discovery, classification, DSAR automation, DPIA/PIA workflows, RoPA, consent management, multi-cloud and SaaS connectors, integrations with DSPM/data catalog/CMDB, and deliver runbooks and training for client self-sufficiency while ensuring legal/regulatory alignment (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, EU AI Act).

Manage the full revenue cycle for assigned patient accounts: eligibility checks, billing, denial management, appeals, collections, payer follow-up, remittance review, root-cause analysis of claim exceptions, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.

Manage firm-wide training and technology adoption: design and deliver onboarding and refresher trainings, create documentation and training repository, coordinate software rollouts, support user adoption, and partner with IT, HR, and practice leaders to improve technology skills and productivity.

Lead and scale enterprise sales across LATAM: win new logos, expand strategic accounts, manage complex multi-stakeholder deals, build executive relationships, define GTM strategy, influence product roadmap, and own pipeline forecasting and revenue targets.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines, data warehouses, and analytics infrastructure integrating EMR, revenue cycle, and operational data. Ensure data quality, HIPAA compliance, support reporting/BI, enable analytics, and collaborate with clinical, finance, and IT teams.

Coordinate LCL ocean import operations including cargo receiving, container load planning and stowage, documentation (B/L, dock receipts, manifests), track-and-trace, OS&D resolution, door delivery and customs clearance, CFS tasks, billing, exams/holds, claims, and customer diversion requests. Support mailbox processing and perform cargo utilization and cost analysis.

Lead design and execution of JCC Greater Bostons $3M annual JFund campaign: manage a 175-225 donor portfolio, build multi-channel solicitation and stewardship strategies, use CRM and data to forecast and report, partner on capital campaign preparation, and cultivate donor relationships to grow unrestricted and restricted support.
