As a founding engineer you'll own core systems end-to-end, build full-stack features (React/TypeScript/Python), develop AI-powered multimodal agents (voice, text, email), integrate LLMs and speech-to-text, automate recruiting workflows, work directly with customers, and shape engineering culture and product direction.

Build S-parameter workflows, SI analysis (impedance, crosstalk, eye diagrams), EM-to-thermal coupling, validation against commercial tools, and integrate outputs into the Vinci4D platform.

Own end-to-end delivery of Rocket Lawyer's Legal Platform for attorneys: define strategy and roadmap, conduct user research, prioritize data-driven features, measure business and revenue impact, and collaborate with design, engineering, QA, and content to launch secure collaboration and AI-enabled legal workflow products.

Provide administrative, inventory, and customer service support for the Equipment department: maintain equipment records, coordinate maintenance and repairs, support sales and billing documentation, assist customers and internal teams, and ensure accurate equipment and contract paperwork.

Manage fabrication projects from estimating and planning through production and installation. Coordinate sales, accounts, design, CNC, and fabrication teams; ensure quality, budgets, schedules, client communication, and site visits. Require hands-on metal fabrication/carpentry/woodworking experience and strong planning, process, and communication skills.
