Lead and grow Steer’s Rail & Transit Commercial Advisory practice by delivering commercial advisory components for complex projects, developing financial and O&M cost models, conducting due diligence, advising on P3 and procurement, and driving business development. Support USAO attorneys by researching and analyzing case materials, preparing pleadings, organizing discovery, interviewing law enforcement, preparing summaries and trial exhibits, and managing files. Provide litigation support using automated tools, assist in pretrial and settlement preparation, and train other personnel as needed while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Manage complex portions of month-end and year-end close, intercompany reconciliations, general ledger reconciliations, and audit schedules. Prepare financial reports and management review decks, improve close processes and controls, support the Finance Director, provide technical guidance, and lead special projects and ad hoc analyses.

Support finance system maintenance, configuration, and user access; perform data analysis, reconciliation, ETL best-practice checks, audit documentation, and vendor coordination to resolve finance-system issues and support implementations.

The Site Reliability Engineer will ensure the reliability, security, and support of Databricks applications while collaborating with various teams to optimize data workflows and incident management.
