Supports firmwide HR operations, including position requests, background checks, compliance initiatives, policy updates, employee documentation, training coordination, HR rollouts, HRIS maintenance, reporting, and surveys. Advises local offices and departments while maintaining confidentiality, data accuracy, and compliance. The role also assists with career paths, training programs, employee agreements, and HR communications.

Provides confidential, high-level administrative support to the President, including inbox and complex calendar management, domestic and international travel coordination, expense reconciliation, meeting notes, correspondence drafting, document preparation, and ad hoc projects. Requires strong judgment, discretion, organization, communication skills, autonomy, and proficiency with office, scheduling, travel, and expense tools.

Manages and grows contractor and commercial accounts within an assigned territory. Responsibilities include selling building materials, visiting job sites, preparing bids and estimates, prospecting for new accounts, coordinating deliveries, supporting credit activities, monitoring market pricing, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires frequent territory travel, occasional lifting, and periodic evening or weekend work.

Manage identity and systems integrations, joiner/mover/leaver access, multi-platform device fleets, endpoint security, networking, VPNs, remote access, hardware and software purchasing, and hands-on technology deployments for new warehouse sites. Provide employee support while creating scalable playbooks, standards, and processes across more than 10 sites in the US and Canada.

Develop and enhance iOS applications with a focus on advertising technology. Own native ad formats, RTB and header-bidding integrations, ad measurement pipelines, and iOS privacy compliance. Research mobile advertising patterns, troubleshoot latency, battery, and stability issues, integrate third-party SDKs, define APIs, write tested code, participate in agile development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Assist the Marketing team by producing high-quality video assets for digital and social platforms, while adhering to brand guidelines.

Lead UX strategy and hands-on product design for NexusOne’s enterprise data platform. Establish research programs, design systems, UX standards, and cross-functional processes while designing complex data-heavy workflows. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to improve usability, accessibility, reliability, and customer outcomes. Hire and mentor design talent, influence roadmap decisions, and build a scalable UX practice from the ground up.

Support territory sales by building relationships with engineers, contractors, architects and end-users; review plans and bids to produce proposals and quotes; perform site visits to verify installations; present technical value, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with sales and technical teams to drive commercial HVAC/hydronic projects.
