Leads FIGS’ revenue and gross margin forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and strategic financial analysis. Own and develop SOLIDWORKS PDM and broader product lifecycle and manufacturing systems. Responsibilities include PDM administration, engineering release and change control, CAD and product data standards, PDM-to-Odoo integration, automation, user support, and evaluation of MES, quality, and traceability platforms. The role establishes configuration management processes spanning as-designed, as-planned, and as-built product data while partnering with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.

Provides administrative, executive, and meeting support for CISA sector activities in classified and unclassified environments. Coordinates calendars, logistics, attendees, materials, records, action trackers, correspondence, and executive briefing materials. Interfaces with senior officials and stakeholders, prepares meeting notes and status updates, monitors deadlines, and follows security, privacy, records-management, and DHS formatting requirements.
