Manage online vehicle leads and sales processes: structure and desk deals, submit to lenders, ensure compliance with laws and lender requirements, prepare paperwork, close deals, audit team deals post-sale, and drive financing and F&I product presentations to maximize profitability and funding.

Drive new and existing equipment sales across an assigned territory by prospecting, conducting onsite visits and demonstrations, preparing quotes, managing pipeline in CRM, coordinating with service/parts teams, and providing post-sale support to contractors, municipalities, and commercial customers.

Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to meet revenue, margin, market share, and customer satisfaction targets. Recruit and train sales staff, perform territory analysis, conduct ride-alongs and coaching, ensure adherence to company processes, and stay current on industry technology to drive value-based selling and competitive leadership.

Greet and guide customers, demonstrate vehicle features, assist with sales applications and financing, inspect and merchandise lot inventory, build customer rapport, deliver professional presentations, and maintain enthusiasm throughout the sales process.
