Own Conveo’s visual identity across brand, marketing, sales, events, video, and product surfaces. Lead a funded rebrand, maintain the marketing design system, direct freelancers and agencies, create hands-on visual work, and encode design principles into templates, prompts, and AI agent workflows. Build scalable self-serve systems, guide critiques, develop performance-focused landing pages and creative, and measure design’s impact on growth and brand consistency.

Own Proton’s UI and visual language across four products, partnering with product and engineering teams to ship customer-focused experiences. Prototype interactions in code using AI tools, manage the design system, define patterns for human-agent collaboration, and conduct frequent onsite customer research. The role requires strong visual design craft, end-to-end product delivery, systems thinking, agile experience, and hands-on daily use of Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent.

Lead UX and UI design across web, mobile, desktop, internet, and intranet software products. Conduct user research, usability testing, and concept validation; mentor designers and establish UX best practices. Create accessible, high-fidelity designs and functional prototypes using Figma and agentic coding tools.
