Conducts trend research, develops color strategies, supports program timing, and integrates innovative materials, technologies, and generative AI into automotive design. Automotive CMF experience and a professional portfolio are required.

Develop conceptual and production automotive lighting designs through sketches, renderings, and 3D digital models. Advocate for AI-assisted design workflows, mentor designers, and lead initiatives that improve design quality, processes, and tooling across the organization.

Own end-to-end UX design across web and mobile, from research and discovery through launch and iteration. Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design systems for complex B2B workflow products. Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical operations stakeholders, conduct lightweight user research, support implementation, and use analytics and feedback to optimize shipped experiences.

Creates branded graphic elements, written messaging, and mobile-optimized communications for frontline sales training across web, email, and print. Applies brand standards, develops user experiences, and supports clear, engaging information delivery. Requires Adobe Creative Suite expertise, basic HTML and CSS, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Lead product design direction across complex, multi-team healthcare platform areas. Shape product strategy, experience architecture, design systems, and scalable experiences for patients, providers, and practices. Partner with product, engineering, data, and leadership to resolve ambiguity, guide execution, mentor designers, and raise quality. Establish AI-native design and engineering workflows using emerging tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.

Lead product design and user research for workplace amenity experiences spanning dining, conference centers, pantries, guest registration, and digital services. Develop service flows, wireframes, prototypes, and research strategies; synthesize findings into actionable design direction; and use AI-assisted tools to accelerate iteration. Partner with product, technology, and operations teams to deliver intuitive, evidence-based physical and digital experiences.

Lead premium product design by shaping strategy, creating human-centered solutions, mentoring designers, influencing cross-functional partners, and advancing design practices.
