Leads art direction and visual concept development across pharmaceutical client accounts. Supervises and mentors art directors and designers, manages workloads and resources, ensures brand and strategic alignment, partners with copy, strategy, and account teams, presents creative solutions to stakeholders, and drives high-quality project delivery within timelines and budgets.

Creates, updates, formats, and prepares 2D graphic layouts for production while maintaining client branding, colors, imagery, typography, and specifications. Reviews designs for accuracy, incorporates feedback, manages files and change logs, presents concepts, communicates project status, and meets deadlines. Collaborates with design, client relationship, and manufacturing teams, may support event graphics installation, and must maintain proficiency with relevant design software.
