Develop and revise U.S. Air Force public health Career Development Courses, Qualification Training Packages, lesson plans, test items, and training references using ISD and ADDIE methodologies. Analyze and validate course content, incorporate technician and student feedback, collaborate with subject matter experts and DoD leadership, maintain training records, support workshops and education plans, and prepare monthly and technical reports.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, onsite, and project-based roles across multiple states. Develop sourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, screen and present candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, track recruiting metrics, and support university and internship programs. Partner with hiring managers and participate in employer branding and process improvement efforts.

Provide remote administrative support to executive search consultants: source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, maintain candidate databases, communicate with candidates/clients, perform preliminary assessments, post job ads, and manage recruitment-related documents and reports.

Develops and manages site-wide training programs in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include assessing skill gaps, maintaining training documentation and certification processes, administering the LMS, coordinating safety, quality, regulatory, and technical training, monitoring compliance, supporting audits, managing onboarding, and promoting continuous learning and operational excellence. The role partners with leaders across departments and delivers training to employees at all organizational levels.
