Serve as strategic HR partner for assigned retail locations across Michigan, advising on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, training, policy interpretation, leaves (ADA/FMLA), onboarding/offboarding, HR reporting, and leader coaching. Support hiring, retention, compliance, and HRIS/payroll-related questions while driving consistency and partnering on culture and people initiatives. Regular travel to retail sites required.

Own full-cycle recruiting for an early-stage startup: build hiring infrastructure, source and close passive candidates, partner with leadership, use data to optimize time-to-hire, maintain excellent candidate experience, and proactively build future pipelines.

Design and develop learner-centered, multi-modal training and performance support materials. Translate complex content into accessible learning solutions, manage multiple projects end-to-end, partner with stakeholders and SMEs, use AI responsibly to improve workflows, and contribute to design standards, templates, and QA practices.

Manage high-volume recruiting and virtual onboarding for Cinemark theatres across a region. Handle job postings, candidate movement, reporting, ATS and chatbot management, compliance documentation, hiring manager coordination, and deliver excellent candidate and theatre team service while supporting process improvements and special projects.

Partner with managers to drive recruiting, succession planning, leadership development, and employee relations across multi-site operations. Lead training and development programs, ensure HR policy compliance, and implement HR initiatives to improve processes and support business goals.

Execute high-velocity sourcing for engineering roles across hardware, mechanical, electrical, firmware, controls, manufacturing, and software. Build targeted pipelines, run talent mapping, leverage AI-enabled sourcing tools, craft personalized outreach, qualify initial candidates, track sourcing metrics, and maintain ATS data during a six-month contract.

Designs and delivers training and coaching for an assigned Plan Operations team, develops e-learning and live content, conducts observations and call/case coaching, manages performance plans, maintains training materials, and supports scheduling, tracking, and continuous improvement efforts.

Lead HR for the Houston office: implement global HR strategy, advise managers on employee relations, drive talent management, recruitment, performance management, engagement, change programs, ensure compliance, oversee payroll outsourcing, and build HR processes and stakeholder relationships.
