Senior HR business partner responsible for advising leaders, designing and executing talent programs, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, and employee experience initiatives. Drives talent assessment, development, employer branding, and data-driven people decisions while partnering with cross-functional teams to attract, retain, and grow technical talent.

Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, HR metrics/insights, and designing/facilitating supervisory and leadership development programs for field and corporate personnel.

Lead design and delivery of scalable employee services and shared services model. Oversee HRIS administration, vendor/contract management, process improvement, metrics and reporting, change management, training, compliance, and support to HRBP and COE partners to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Manage benefits data, vendor relationships, and leave of absence processes (including FMLA and ADA). Troubleshoot benefit claims, coordinate vendor fund transfers, analyze benefits data, support HR Business Partners, develop benefits policies, and provide benefits-related guidance to employees and managers.

The Recruiter for Men's Soccer will evaluate and recruit athletic talent through home visits and video assessments. The role requires current head coaching experience.
