Full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for multiple engineering companies. Partner with hiring managers to build search strategies, manage candidate pipelines, track hiring metrics, and help establish training and development and scalable recruiting processes across an acquisitive platform.

Two-to-three-year rotational leadership development program for early-career associates with three cross-functional rotations (e.g., Finance, IT, HR, Supply Chain). Includes mentorship, leadership training, networking, conference attendance, and development of business acumen, data-analysis, presentation, and problem-solving skills to prepare participants for senior and people leadership roles.

Provide hands-on HR support for client engagements including end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, multi-state compliance research, HR policy and handbook updates, recruiting support, employee records management, and employee relations resolution. Support global lateral partner integration by developing individualized integration plans, providing high-touch onboarding and introductions, tracking integration progress, supporting partner education initiatives, coordinating onboarding logistics, and collaborating with Legal Talent and administrative teams to ensure consistent recruiting and integration priorities.

Design and manage onboarding lifecycle and associate engagement initiatives across U.S. sites. Build HR reporting and dashboards, analyze engagement and turnover data, recommend retention strategies, administer surveys, document SOPs, and support cross-functional HR projects to improve associate experience.

Support the full talent acquisition lifecycle: source, screen, schedule, and maintain candidate data in the ATS; prepare offers; coordinate onboarding; generate reports; represent the company at recruiting events and improve recruitment processes.
