Own end-to-end multi-state payroll and benefits administration for a rapidly growing, remote company. Manage payroll processing, year-end reporting, vendor relationships, open enrollment, compliance across jurisdictions, partner with Finance and People, and coordinate international payroll with external advisors.

Lead company-wide learning and development across multi-site operations: design onboarding, technical, safety, leadership, and compliance training; manage LMS and training records; establish Train-the-Trainer; measure program effectiveness; partner with leaders and travel to sites to deliver and assess training.

Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner advising leaders on talent strategy, employee engagement, performance management, workforce planning, succession, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, lead HRBP team coaching, manage transfers and processes, support multi-shift operations, conduct investigations and accommodations, and drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.

Provide administrative and technical HR support including posting vacancies, sourcing and screening candidates, administering pre-employment tests, conducting background checks, managing benefits enrollment and HRIS data, processing new-hire paperwork, coordinating orientation and training, and maintaining confidential personnel records.

Responsible for end-to-end recruiting and retention: screening resumes, verifying prior employment, conducting interviews, maintaining recruitment metrics, managing requisitions, representing the agency at recruitment events, supporting new hire orientation, and assisting with HR reporting and backup HR Assistant duties.

Lead talent sourcing for revenue-generating business lines, build candidate pipelines, conduct headhunting and market intelligence, manage candidate engagement and screening, partner with executive search, ensure compliance with hiring policies, and drive continuous improvement of sourcing outcomes across EMEA.

Serve as HR business partner advising Miami-based business leaders across TV, Distribution, Production, and Corporate. Develop and execute people strategies across the employee lifecycle, lead talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, compensation/benefits, workforce planning, and regional HR projects. Drive change initiatives, partner with global CoEs, use people analytics, ensure compliance, coach leaders, manage an HR analyst, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Provide frontline HR and talent acquisition support: handle employee and candidate inquiries, manage high-volume phone/email traffic, schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding and pre-employment checks, maintain electronic personnel files, support multi-shift scheduling, perform data entry and reporting, and assist with HR projects and process improvements.

Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruiting/hiring, onboarding, employee relations, disciplinary actions, exit interviews, performance review support, HRIS liaison, and employee engagement events for a manufacturing facility.

Support development and implementation of associate engagement initiatives focused on associate advocacy. Model culture-aligned strategies, perform hands-on coordination, communicate with associates, create reports and materials, and occasionally work different shifts to meet associate needs.
