Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integrations using webMethods. Build EAI, B2B and REST/SOAP services, collaborate with stakeholders, create and run tests, provide production support and on-call troubleshooting, and maintain technical documentation and compliance.

Serve as the senior liaison between marketing teams and Information Services to elicit and document business and functional requirements, define solutions, support marketing technologies, manage small-to-medium projects in agile and waterfall environments, create test plans and SOPs, provide 24x7 rotational troubleshooting, and coach junior analysts while driving process improvement and change management.

Serve as primary liaison between campus business units and IT to analyze processes, identify gaps, recommend and implement technology solutions. Lead process re-engineering, translate requirements for IT, prepare test plans, maintain system configurations and documentation, provide training. Manage the Business Analysis team: set priorities, mentor, train, and measure performance.

Provide 24/7 SNOC support for servers, network devices, applications, databases, voice and energy management systems. Monitor alerts, troubleshoot Unix/Linux and Windows server configurations, perform basic database administration and batch scheduling, analyze network traffic, issue tickets and escalate incidents while supporting cross-functional teams during event resolution. Must cover 12-hour shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Designs, implements, operates, and maintains enterprise voice and video systems (VoIP, PBX, CUCM/CMS, conferencing). Supports LAN/WLAN integration, troubleshoots incidents, ensures regulatory compliance and disaster recovery readiness, oversees contractors, certifies installations, and participates in projects and field visits.

Support end-to-end IT procurement for hardware, software, cloud, and services: requisitions, POs, vendor onboarding, contract/license administration, renewals, spend analysis, reporting, and process improvement while collaborating with IT and Finance.
