Lead QA and training for HCP/HCO managed services: develop and maintain SOPs and training curricula, run onboarding and coaching, design quality monitoring frameworks, conduct quality reviews, report metrics, drive corrective actions and process improvements, mentor staff, and partner with leadership and clients to ensure compliant, timely service delivery.
