Establish web UX processes, standards, research practices, and design language; lead UX for product launches and the full ecommerce journey from browsing through checkout. Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs while partnering with marketing, product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders. Improve navigation, content architecture, and cross-platform experiences while building organizational alignment and design quality.

Lead end-to-end UX design for higher-education web and mobile products: create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design-system components; plan and run user research and usability testing; partner with product, engineering, and content teams; use data and A/B testing to iterate; present to leadership and mentor junior designers. Design AI-driven learning experiences with attention to accessibility, scalability, and pedagogy.

Design and build websites and web applications; create wireframes, graphical templates, and visual assets; assist lead developer with load-testing plans and scripting; support creation of test plans and scenarios; monitor batch file and web service integrations; provide input to technical leads; manage multiple projects and ensure design quality and consistency.
