Serve as the IT-facing manager for employee IT experience: handle escalations, support onboarding, ServiceNow ticketing, Teams/AV support, train users, drive process improvements, and assist on special projects.

First-line IT support specialist handling ticket triage, troubleshooting, and resolution across client environments. Manages ConnectWise ticketing, communicates status to customers, documents procedures, maintains vendor certifications (Auvik, Cisco, Citrix, Fortinet, HP, Microsoft, RMM, Veeam, VMware), and travels to client sites as needed while meeting SLAs and utilization targets.

Design, configure, and optimize Dynamics 365 Finance solutions across multi-entity environments. Lead functional architecture, deep configuration, integrations, AI-driven automation, testing, release readiness, and continuous improvement while ensuring financial controls and data integrity.

Provide Tier 1-3 on-site support for end users and warehouse technology, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and account issues. Install, configure, inventory, and maintain workstations, mobile devices, printers, and warehouse scanners. Escalate unresolved issues, support after-hours/weekend incidents, deliver user education, and travel periodically to support business initiatives.
