- Provide support and resolve tickets for IT systems
- Manage and implement project-related tasks
- Maintain and configure cloud services, virtualization, and networking equipment
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years of system administration experience in production environments
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Azure Services (AVD, Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks)
- Office 365 Services
- Active Directory/Entra
- VMware/Hyper-V
- Support System (Jira preferred)
- ERP (Dynamics preferred)
- Networking (Cisco/Fortinet preferred)
- Backup Services (Veeam preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with IT best practices and security principles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
