Conduct audits of customer transactions to ensure quality and compliance, communicate audit results monthly, quarterly, and as needed, and identify risks through root-cause analysis and preventive action. The role requires at least one year of Property & Casualty insurance experience, familiarity with personal lines insurance and compliance standards, and strong ability to learn technology and software systems.

Designs and maintains automated frameworks for performance, functional, synthetic, API, and system testing. Executes load, stress, soak, and scalability tests; analyzes bottlenecks; and delivers performance insights. Integrates testing and observability into CI/CD pipelines and monitoring environments. Collaborates with engineering, DevOps, product, support, and clients to validate releases, maintain test coverage, and improve system reliability.

The Senior QA Engineer is responsible for performing manual testing, creating test plans, reporting defects, and mentoring team members to ensure software quality standards are met.

Lead manual and automated testing for Salesforce Sales, CPQ, ARM and Quote-to-Cash processes. Create and execute test plans and cases (API, integration, UI), maintain automation assets, mentor QA staff, troubleshoot automation platform issues, report QA results, and provide release signoff for QA/UAT/Production.

Maintain and operate the in-office QA test lab, create and maintain automated Python-based tests and Jenkins scripts, develop image-diffing and performance/stress tests, reproduce issues with engineers, perform manual testing when needed, document the test system, and support Kansas-based hardware and software test infrastructure.
