The Performance Test Automation Engineer will design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks for healthcare applications, focusing on performance testing and collaboration with teams for system optimization.

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will develop and maintain automated testing solutions, collaborate on test strategies, and ensure software quality through rigorous testing processes.

Support and conduct QA activities for medical device servicing, private labeling, and distribution; ensure FDA/ISO/ASTM compliance, lead CAPA, manage document control, approve packaging/labels, support training and special projects.

Maintain and operate the in-office QA test lab, create and maintain automated Python-based tests and Jenkins scripts, develop image-diffing and performance/stress tests, reproduce issues with engineers, perform manual testing when needed, document the test system, and support Kansas-based hardware and software test infrastructure.

Ensure software quality by performing functional, regression, and integration testing, developing test plans, and documenting defects while collaborating with teams.
