Serve as first contact for inbound leads, qualify prospects, uncover goals and obstacles, and schedule strategy calls for Publishing Strategists. Perform outbound outreach to warm leads, represent the company at 2–4 live events per month, speak on stage, and collaborate with the sales team to improve processes and conversions.

Own full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, value/ROI positioning, objection handling, negotiation, and closing. Build executive relationships, execute annual business plans, meet quota, and achieve product certification. Collaborate with account managers and target competitors to retain and expand market share.

Plan, manage, execute, and close multiple IT projects as the single point of contact for customers. Maintain schedules, scope, cost, and project financial health; identify and mitigate risks; facilitate stakeholder relationships and governance; run meetings; and produce project documentation, status reports, and plans.

Manage a portfolio of commercial customers, assess credit and banking needs, underwrite loans, perform financial and cash-flow analysis, develop new business, cross-sell banking products, and ensure compliance with loan documentation and regulations.

Administer employee benefits programs, assist employees with enrollment and claims, coordinate open enrollment and new-hire onboarding, manage billing/COBRA, maintain HRIS records, ensure regulatory compliance, liaise with carriers/vendors, and produce utilization and enrollment reports.

Own fixed asset accounting (additions, disposals, CIP, depreciation), support month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, assist audits and tax filings, maintain internal controls, and drive ERP/process improvements while collaborating cross-functionally.
