Manages Pomona College’s PAYS college-access program for local high school students. Responsibilities include coordinating academic and social programming, recruitment and admissions, college advising, staff supervision, student leadership development, compliance training, program assessment, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role also represents the program within Student Affairs and requires evening, weekend, and summer residential work.

Supports sales demonstrations, customer trials, site surveys, deployment planning, robot mapping, commissioning, training, and onboarding for autonomous cleaning robots. Coordinates schedules, deliveries, documentation, work orders, and communication among customers, Sales, Service, and Technical Support. Leads Lean, continuous improvement, and industrial engineering initiatives across manufacturing and business operations. Responsibilities include operational data analysis, waste elimination, labor optimization, capacity modeling, workflow and layout optimization, value stream mapping, bottleneck analysis, standard work, and change management. The role partners cross-functionally to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, throughput, and profitability while driving sustainable results without direct authority.

Supports Treasury operations through cash positioning, liquidity reporting, forecasting, banking administration, merchant account management, payment reconciliation, investment and policy compliance, internal controls, audit support, and treasury-related projects. Maintains bank and merchant account records, coordinates with banking partners, assists with cash transfers and wires, monitors processing fees and access controls, and prepares reconciliations, reports, and supporting documentation for Treasury leadership.

Manage and grow relationships with referring physician offices, resolve issues, develop new business opportunities, collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction, and perform territory driving/visits.

Create and produce multi-format content (video, blogs, case studies, one-pagers) for dealership audiences, integrate generative AI into workflows, interview customers, manage freelance creative partners, and collaborate with Demand Gen, Product, and Sales to fill content gaps and drive conversions.
