Lead creative testing with designers, onboard and manage ad networks via Appsflyer, track KPIs, analyze performance, recommend optimizations, set budgets and channel KPIs, and collaborate with creative, data, product, and platform reps to scale profitable user growth.

Lead the Americas Technical Services team to deliver customer-facing implementations, integrations, and go-live support. Manage staffing, escalations, quality, process improvements, cross-functional coordination with Product/Engineering/Support, and coach team members to drive consistent, high-quality SaaS deliveries.

Lead architecture and hands-on implementation of large-scale Generative AI and agentic systems. Build production-ready RAG, embedding fine-tuning, vector search, and MLOps pipelines on Google Cloud.
