Develop and execute marketing plans for a portfolio of apartment communities to drive traffic and occupancy. Partner with regional/property managers, manage budgets, oversee creative production, manage vendor relationships, analyze campaign performance and ROI, deliver training, and support client/owner presentations to secure management agreements.

Lead email and lifecycle marketing to grow digital revenue and audience engagement across multiple brands. Manage campaigns, segmentation, automations, donation pages, and fundraising platform administration. Track performance, optimize for conversions and retention, and produce reports. Supervise a coordinator and collaborate with digital and development teams to drive acquisition, retention, and long-term supporter loyalty.

Manage a defined territory to develop new business and expand accounts by selling corrugated packaging solutions. Build long-term customer relationships, provide tailored pricing, collaborate with internal teams, resolve issues, track opportunities, and maintain accurate sales documentation while staying current on industry trends.

Lead finance and accounting transaction analysis, manage multi-process transitions (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash), support finance transformation and software implementation projects, ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, IFRS, Basel II), and advise on revenue recognition and FP&A for clients in Communications, Media, and Technology.

Oversee and supervise residential programs in the Capital Region, ensuring regulatory compliance, 24/7 support for residents, staff supervision and staffing levels, budget management, and high-quality service delivery to maximize satisfaction and community presence.

Provide Level 2 desktop support across multiple client sites (Oakbrook/Naperville). Troubleshoot Windows 7 systems, VPN, network issues, smartphones (iOS/Android), printing, and applications. Work under general supervision, may travel locally, report to project lead, and require reliable transportation.
