Lead customer planning, promotion optimization, and monthly sales forecasting for major retail accounts. Partner with Sales, Finance, and Category teams to model promotional scenarios, manage TPM accuracy, build dashboards, track POS and KPIs, run competitive analysis, and support RGM process improvements, training, and test-and-learn initiatives to drive profitable revenue growth.

Manage and lead the new and used vehicle sales team to meet or exceed targets. Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels to raise brand awareness, drive qualified B2B leads, optimize SEO and paid advertising, manage email campaigns and landing pages, track KPIs tied to sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the digital customer experience.

Design and analyze land development components (roadways, drainage, sanitary, grading) using Civil 3D. Prepare calculations, reports, permits, and plan sets; coordinate with agencies; perform construction administration, site visits, RFIs, and shop drawing reviews. Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, quality control, client interfaces, and team performance under project manager supervision.

Provide vacation/injury relief for sales staff by calling on retail accounts, stocking and merchandising beverage products, managing inventory and orders, displaying promotions, and maintaining customer relationships while working independently and meeting physical demands.

Build, maintain, and improve websites, web apps, portals, and internal tools. Implement responsive frontends, backend features, APIs, databases, CMS integrations, and performance, accessibility, and security improvements. Fix bugs, test across devices, follow Git/code review workflows, and collaborate with product, design, QA, and client teams to support launches and production fixes.

Provide DevSecOps coaching and technical architecture for cloud-based federal systems. Drive CI/CD, configuration management, automation, refactoring, prototyping, and platform engineering. Guide tool strategies, technical governance, integrations, migrations to cloud, and collaborate with UX and delivery teams to accelerate secure, scalable product delivery.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across departments: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; partner with hiring managers; maintain ATS records; extend offers; report recruiting metrics; and represent the employer at career events while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
