At BloomHR we work in a remote capacity. We do have a majority of our teammates in the Carolina's currently, and do occasionally have in person events that are encouraged but not required.

You will work day to day alongside our small but mighty team of 5, with a handful of close partners for other cross collaboration initiatives.
BloomHR is the extension of our clients HR departments, and sometimes their entire HR department. We provide hands-on day-to-day support paired with strategic guidance to strengthen our clients teams, navigate complex decisions, and put the right programs in place to grow.

As we approach our 1 year anniversary and are continuing to scale, we have an increasing need to continue providing strong execution and delivery for our clients.

Interests in HR consulting, operations, marketing, sales, business development, recruiting, or administration tend to be successful here! We are strong communicators, love building long lasting relationships, work autonomously within a team environment with internal and external facing responsibilities, and we wear a few hats to keep things interesting & as we grow.
What you’ll gain:

Skills Required
- Passion, education, and/or experience within HR
- Interest or experience in HR consulting, operations, marketing, sales, business development, recruiting, or administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously within a team and manage internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Client-facing experience or ability to deliver client services
- Willingness to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing responsibilities
- Ability to work remotely and attend occasional in-person events in greater Charlotte, NC
- Open to part-time, full-time, contract, or internship arrangements
