Provide first-line technical support for employees across locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, printing, and account access. Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory/Entra ID/Azure AD and Microsoft 365, deploy and support endpoints, maintain IT asset inventory, document resolutions, and assist with projects and rollouts. Work with S32 portfolio companies to deploy AI systems into production, partner closely with customers, and bridge engineering and production to drive product and company growth.

Lead cross-functional GTM strategy and execution to drive revenue, product adoption, and retention. Own partner and association relationships, product launches, sales enablement, client engagement, and KPIs. Mentor the team and build scalable workflows to improve GTM performance.

Greet customers, identify vehicle needs, present and demo new/used vehicles, manage test drives, handle financing and paperwork, use CRM to track interactions, follow up to maintain satisfaction, and arrange delivery/registration.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, reconciliations, financial close and reporting, assist with audits, budgeting, payroll review, lease cost reporting, and develop accounting policies and controls.

Part-time coordinator supporting the Precision Manufacturing program: oversee curricula and course documents, advise students, manage intern/practicum sites, assist with faculty recruitment and assignments, support program promotion and accreditation reporting, serve on committees, and ensure compliance with college and regulatory policies.

Manage assigned accounts and drive inbound/outbound sales through cold and warm calling, lead qualification, CRM updates, quoting, order processing, and customer support. Meet sales metrics, promote e-commerce, coordinate international shipping when needed, and participate in continuous improvement.
