Administer and improve security across Microsoft 365, email, endpoints, and network platforms. Monitor and investigate security events, manage identity and access controls, support firewalls, implement policies and compliance procedures, run assessments and proofs-of-concept, and collaborate with IT teams to remediate vulnerabilities and embed security into projects.

Manage customer invoicing, post payments (ACH, lockbox, checks), reconcile AR to GL, maintain customer records, handle billing inquiries, execute collections and produce reporting to keep accounts current.
