We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts and help us find top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
**The pay for this role is $16-$18/hr.**

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for a variety of roles.
- Conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and internal teams.
- Draft and post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Provide administrative support for recruitment-related tasks and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
