Perform hardware setup, support client-facing implementations, resolve escalated incidents, mentor junior engineers, maintain ITSM records, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule to triage and escalate after-hours incidents.

Lead product development for key areas: own roadmap, drive discovery, collaborate with design and engineering, prioritize customer problems, launch features, define success metrics, and scale product processes.

Sell and support rotating equipment by building customer relationships, coordinating internal resources, conducting product demonstrations, managing proposals/quotes and site activities, and meeting regional bookings targets. Provide technical knowledge of pumps and mechanical seals, maintain records and reports, and support solution-selling with financial rationale.

Lead and scale sales operations by improving pipeline management, forecasting, territory and quota execution, process design, reporting, data quality, and GTM tool adoption. Partner with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver analyses, dashboards, automation, change management, and operational rigor to drive predictable revenue and seller productivity.
