Leads financial reporting and accounting professionals while overseeing general ledger, policy administration subledger, reinsurance, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, controls, audits, and system changes. Partners with Information Technology and business teams to improve automation, data integrity, and processes. Manage supplier strategy, negotiations, contracts, performance, cost, quality, delivery, resilience, compliance, and sustainability. Leads paid media strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and TikTok Shop for client accounts. Owns campaign planning, optimization, reporting, onboarding, creative strategy, client communication, and performance improvement. Manages TikTok Shop growth initiatives, including GMV Max, affiliates, creators, offers, and shop operations. Mentors paid media marketers, establishes agency standards, audits campaigns, and collaborates cross-functionally to support client growth.

Manages ABF Healthcare Services’ social media presence, including content calendars, publishing, audience engagement, inquiry follow-up, email campaigns, short-form video, graphics, website content, and digital marketing initiatives. Tracks performance metrics, prepares leadership reports, recommends improvements, and supports brand growth while maintaining healthcare marketing compliance, patient confidentiality, HIPAA requirements, and professional communication standards.

Manages Navy ship logistics data and CDMD-OA/MBPS records, including equipment configuration, serial numbers, technical manuals, drawings, maintenance documentation, data validation, analysis, conversion, and reporting. Reviews CDRLs, coordinates with planning yards, supports ILS and IPT meetings, administers user access, and maintains configuration management processes. The role also supervises logistics specialists, automates inventory reporting, supports government stakeholders, and tracks tasks in Jira.
