Own ChargeBee as a business-critical system, including configuration, governance, permissions, vendor management, roadmap, and platform health. Design and maintain Workato or iPaaS automations connecting ChargeBee with Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. Lead cross-functional implementations, requirements gathering, data mapping, testing, change management, monitoring, reconciliation, documentation, and architectural decisions. The role requires expertise in self-employed tax returns, CRA processes, T1s, refunds, offsets, and GST/HST returns, with bankruptcy tax knowledge considered an asset.
